Private Football Training
Private sessions allow athletes to receive individualized coaching focused on their specific development goals.
These sessions provide more detailed instruction and are tailored to the athlete’s position, skill level, and areas for improvement. Private training is ideal for athletes preparing for camps, showcases, or upcoming seasons.

Group Football Training
Group sessions provide athletes with a high-rep, competitive training environment where they can develop their skills alongside other athletes. These sessions include position-specific drills, competitive reps, and coaching focused on improving technique and confidence on the field. Group training is designed to simulate game situations and help athletes improve through competition.
1 on 1 Speed Training
Personalized speed coaching focused on acceleration, sprint mechanics, and explosive power. Every drill is tailored to your sport and goals so you can run faster and move more efficiently.

Group Speed Training
High-energy group training focused on sprint mechanics, acceleration, and top-end speed. Athletes push each other while getting individualized feedback to run faster and more efficiently.
Coaching Staff
While ZK Athletics is led by Coach Zack Kerrigan, training sessions also include experienced coaches who assist with different positions and areas of development.
This allows athletes to receive instruction and feedback from coaches with experience across multiple positions and skill sets.
